2 8 oz cream cheese
1 pound ricotta cheese (16 oz)
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
1 pint sour cream (2 cups)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients as listed and put on high speed until well blended
Butter sides and bottom of cheesecake pan
Cook 1 hour 10 minutes
shut oven off
Leave door shut for 2 more hours
