Ingredients:  
2 lbs of Cubed Beef or Pork
1 Lg Can of Chopped Suey Vegetables
1 Can of water- use chopped suey can
1 Can of Bamboo Shoots
1 Can of Water Chestnuts
1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Molasses
2 Cans of Mushrooms- Or Fresh

Thickener-
1/3 C Cornstarch
1/4 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Meat and onion until Tender.

Add in rest of ingredients and let simmer for 1 hour. Stirring Frequently.

Make thickener in a small bowl and spoon into meat mixture 1 Tablespoon at a time until desired consistency. (about 15 min)

Serve over Rice
