3 tsp Oil
2 lb Ground Beef
2 Lg Onions-diced
5 Lg Carrots peeled and slivered
1 Package of Celery-diced small
48 oz Diced Tomatoes-Petite
2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans-Drained and Rinsed
2 Cans of White Kidney Beans-Drained and Rinsed
88 oz Beef Stock
3 tsp Oregano
2 1/2 tsp Pepper
5 tsp Parsley
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
48 oz Spaghetti Sauce
8 ounces of Shell Pasta or Curly noodles

Cook beef in oil in 10 qt large stock pot with Onions, celery and carrots. When meat is cooked, Dump in Tomatoes, beans, and all other ingredients.
Simmer until carrots and celery are tender (about 45 minutes).
Ready to Serve.

*I like to serve with Fresh Bread.
