1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
1 Diced Green Chilies
1 C Diced Onion
1 T Minced Garlic
1 16oz Container of Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs-slightly beaten
1/4 C Chopped Cilantro
2 Tbs Mexican Seasoning
1 Lg Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 16oz Jar of Chunky Medium Salsa
1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
6 Cups of Shredded Mexican Cheese
3/4 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet cook ground beef and onions. When cooked add taco seasoning, water, green chilies, tomatoes and Salsa, garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl stir together ricotta, eggs, cilantro and Mexican Seasoning.
Pre-heat oven to 400º. In a deep 9x13 inch baking pan, spread a little meat mixture on bottom of pan. Layer- slightly cooked lasagna noodles, then Meat mixture, Ricotta cheese mixture and some cheese. Repeat for a total of 3 layers.

Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes prior to serving.
*Garnish with additional Cheese, Cilantro and Sour Cream if desired*
