1 Package of Cocktail-Pumpernickel Bread Squares
2 lb boneless Chicken-Diced really small and cooked
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 Can Green Chilies
1 Can Pimentos
Dash of Salt & Pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 Cup Miracle Whip or Mayo- or use half of each kind
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese-Shredded
1 Cup Jack Cheese-Shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken into very small pieces and saute with butter and onions. When chicken is cooked add in rest of ingredients until all warm and gooey.

Place bread squares on a cookie sheet. Place approx 2Tbs of chicken mixture on each square. Bake 350º for 8-10 Minutes. Serve warm.

Dad's very favorite snack to eat during a football game. I have been making these since the day we met. Dad still asks for these.
