8 cups flour
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1 cup Crisco
1 lemon grated
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
8 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, softened margarine, Crisco, vanilla, lemon, milk and sugar.

Gradually add flour, baking powder and mix well.

Shape into "S" or whatever shape desired.

Place on parchment covered cookie sheets / 2" apart.
Bake at 375º 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown

When cooled, mix powder sugar with little milk and vanilla until smooth. Ice top of cookies and let dry.
