1 Can Pinto Beans-Rinsed and drained
1 Can Black Eyed Peas-Rinsed and drained
1 Can Black Beans- Rinsed and drained
1 Cup Celery-Diced really small
1 Cup Parsley
1 Cup Onion-Diced small
1 Lg Can of Diced tomatoes- diced small
1 Red Pepper-diced small
1 Green Pepper-diced small
1 Yellow Pepper-diced small
1 Bag frozen white or yellow corn

Dressing-
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in 9x13 Cake Pan.

Dressing-
In a sauce pan combine ingredients and simmer until Sugar is dissolved.
Let Cool.


After dressing is cool pour over dry mix in cake pan. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate. Stir every few hours overnight.
In morning, stir again and then drain ALL the liquid from the pan.

Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

*Serve with Tortilla Chips.
