1 package meatloaf mix (veal, pork & beef) usually alb
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup diced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Glaze
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

First make the glaze - whisk all ingredients together.

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together meat, egg, milk, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of the glaze with hands evenly mixing everything.

Put meat mixture into a loaf pan and then put the remaining glaze on top.

Bake until internal temperature is 170 degrees.

This is a yummy meatloaf that the kids gobble right up. I usually serve it with roasted potatoes and a veggie.
