3 LBS GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY
1 1/2 BOTTLES LA VICTORIA TACO SAUCE (HOT)
2 PACKETS TACO SEASONING
1 CAN (7 OZ) EL PATO BRAND TOMATO SAUCE WITH CHILES AND SPICES
2 CANS TOMATO SAUCE(8 OZ)
1/2 ONION, CHOPPED
TABASCO SAUCE
TAPATIO SAUCE
CORN TORTILLAS
OIL FOR FRYING
*GARNISH* SHREDDED CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, CILANTRO, DICED ONION, SHREDDED LETTUCE, DICED TOMATO

Directions:
BROWN MEAT IN LARGE FRYING PAN. DRAIN OIL AND LIQUID WHEN MEAT IS BROWNED AND ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, COOKING FOR ANOTHER 2 OR 3 MINUTES. ADD TACO SEASONING PACKETS, STIR TO MIX. ADD EL PATO, TOMATO SAUCE AND LA VICTORIA. STIR TO MIX. ADD SEVERAL DASHES OF TABASCO AND/OR TAPATIO SAUCES TO TASTE. COVER AND SIMMER ON LOWERED HEAT.

WHILE THE MEAT SIMMERS, FRY THE CORN TORTILLAS IN ANOTHER PAN FOLDING INTO TACO SHELLS, PLACING ON SEVERAL LAYERS OF PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN. IF MAKING SOFT TACOS, WARM TORTILLAS AND KEEP WARM UNTIL READY TO SERVE. PREPARE GARNISH AND SERVE.
