2 lb. beef stew meat
2 c. baby carrots
2 stalks celery
1 c. frozen corn
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 T dried parsley
1 c. frozen peas
4 small red potatoes, diced (about 3 c.)
32 oz. beef broth
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
