2 1/2# flour (1# flour = 4 cups flour)
1 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla
2 packs yeast (2 1/4 tsp = 1 pack yeast)
1 cup warm water
2 cups milk

Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water and yeast; when yeast starts to bubble, add remaining liquid ingredients; gradually adding flour. Dough will be sticky.

Cover dough and let sit for a while to rise in a warm place. Once dough has risen and seems light, heat oil.

Break small pieces of dough. Place in oil to see of hot enough, stirring occasionally. Continue to fry remaining dough. Place on paper towel to absorb oil.

Make a mixture of granulated sugar with some cinnamon. Sprinkle on sfingi after slightly cooled.
