Cake-
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 Can of Apricots- Drained- Save Juice!
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Chopped Pecans

Glaze-
1/2 C Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 C Evaporated Milk

Directions:

Cake Mix-
Mix Sugar,Flour,Baking Soda and Eggs. Cut Apricots into small pieces. Add half the juice from can. Mix well with a fork. Pour into a 9x13 greased Cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Bake 350º for 30-40 minutes. Let Cool

Glaze-
Mix all ingredients together. Spread over cooled Cake. Serve.
