Crust-
2 Pre Made Pie Crusts- Or make your own
1 Tbs Tapioca
1 Tbs Sugar
4 Tbs Butter


Filling-
5-6 Lg Apples- Peeled and sliced
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbs Tapioca
1/3 C Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust-
Spread Tapioca and Sugar on bottom of crust.


Filling-
Peel and slice apples, put in a large bowl. Mix in Cinnamon, Tapioca and Sugar. Mix well and pour over crust.

Topping- Add Pats of butter over top of apple mixture. Add Top Crust. Cut Slits in top and sprinkle with Sugar.

Bake at 400º for 40 Minutes.

****To Freeze Pies.... Slide into Large Zip Lock Baggies and Freeze
To Bake Frozen Pies.... Bake Frozen at 400º for 10 minutes then Change temp to 350º for 50-60 Minutes.

*If you are going to bake fresh you can use flour instead of Tapioca.
