4 large or moreif smaller onions

2 C. water

1C.sugar

1/2 C. apple cider vinegar

1 c. mayonaise

1 tbsp. celery seed

1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp.pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, slice and separate the onion slices into rings

Bring liquids together to a boil

Pour over onions. When cooled, refrigerate in marianade 18 to 24 hours

Combine mayo,celery seed and salt and pepper

Stir into well drained onions
