Ingredients: - 3 tbsp of mayonnaise - 2 squirts each of lemon and lime juice (real lemon and real lime juice in the little yellow and green bottles) - 4 tbsp of malt vinegar - 1/2 tsp ground mustard - - 1 tsp of chili powder - 1 tsp of garlic powder - 1 tsp of black pepper - 1 tsp of ground cayenne pepper - 1 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tbsp of white granulated sugar or light brown sugar - - 1 tbsp Dried Italian seasoning - use about 3 drops of red - 5 drops of yellow food coloring ( I use Adams 4 color food coloring) the sauce should have a nice orange hue to make the dish colorful and off world feel to it.

Directions: - In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients together blend and mix well using a wire whip, taste it should have the taste of a BBQ sauce flavor, you can add a little hot sauce if you want a hotter version( I use Dragon sauce when I want a spicier version) - you can use blue cheese dressing in substitute instead of mayo for a more Batarian feel too it. you can use this as a dipping sauce or sandwich sauce or for basting when grilling. if you feel it is not enough you can double the recipe if you choose too. |

Notes: I made this simpler sauce to accommodate a diverse clientele, the Batarian version has a strong spoiled sour & moldy flavor that most customers would not even eat. I have had a few batarian customers tell it the best sauce they have tasted.
