4 boneless pork chops (5 oz. each)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3/4 cups thinly sliced red onions
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and cook in a greased non-stick skillet over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm.
Add remaining ingredients to pan and stir to loosen bits from the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until done.
