2 1/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup (5 ounce can) evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 2/3 cup Hershey’s raspberry chips
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Note: this recipe requires refrigeration.

In a three-quart saucepan, stir together sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Boil and stir for five minutes. Remove from heat.

Gradually add in raspberry chips and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Lightly butter an 8" or 9" square pan. Pour in square pan and cool until firm.
