1 package Uncle Ben's Long Gain Wild ice mix
1 chicken quartered
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 stick salted butter
1 onion quartered
1 carrot cut in 4 pieces
1 bay leaf
1 cup champagne or dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
1 can green grapes ( used 1 1/2 cups fresh green grapes)
sprrigs parsley for garnish

Directions:
Prepare rice according to diections, keep warm

Meanwhile, shake chicken pieces in bag with flour, pepper and ginger, use all of flour

Brown chicken pieces slowly in salted butter. Add onion, carrot, bayleaf, champagne or wine.

Simmer 25 minutes until chicken is tender.

Arrange rice on serving platter, place chicken on top

Add cream and grapes to sauce, heat on low for 5 minutes.

Spoon sauce over chicken.
