16 ounces wide egg noodles
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, completely drained
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring noodles to boil according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat eggs and combine with sugar and drained pineapple. Add noodles to egg mixture. Spread into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until top of Kugel is slightly crispy and golden brown.

This is my grandmother's Kugel recipe. Kugel is a traditional Ashkanazi Jewish casserole. There are many variations that can be either sweet or savory. Although this version is sweet, we often had it as a side dish.
