1 egg
3/4 cup stuffing mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz)
6 oz of crab or shrimp chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons worchestshire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
8 whole chicken breasts boned, skin on
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons bottled sauce for gravy ( used 1 wylers chicken base cubes)
1/4 cup grated onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add stuffing mix,1/2 cup undiluted mushroom soup, shrimp, lemon juice, worcestshire sauce, mustard. Mix well

Spoon 1/8 of stuffing down center of inside of breast, roll up, fasten with metal skewers.

Combine lemon juice, rest of mushroom soup,olive oil, sauce for gravy, onion and pepper.

place chicken breasts in baking dish seam side down, pour mushoom sauce over and bake in 350º oven for 40 minutes. or until done
