1 c butter or margarine softened
1/2 c sugar
1 can solo poppy seed filing
4 eggs separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
grease and flour 12 c bundt pan or tube pan
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. add poppy seed filing beat until blended. Bet in egg yolks on at a time beating after each addition. Add vanilla,sour cream and beat until blended.
Stir flour, baking soda and salt until mixed together add to poppy seed mixture gradually, beating well after each addition.

Beat egg whites in separate bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, Fold egg whites into batter. spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 75 minutes.
