1 dozen large hard boiled eggs
2 Tbsp pickle juice (you can use white vinegar if you're not into pickle juice)
1 cup of mayo
1 Tbsp spicy mustard (you can use yellow mustard)
Salt and pepper
Paprika (for dusting)

Directions:
Directions:
Shell the eggs and halve them lengthwise. Coarsely chop half of the egg whites and put them aside in a large bowl. Add the remaining whites and all of the yolks to a food processor along with the mayo and mustard. Process until smooth. Scrape the mixture into the bowl of chopped whites, add the pickle juice, salt and pepper and mix together. Dust with paprika and serve with crackers, pretzels or whatever else you want to dip!
