1 1/2 - 2 lb. cooked shrimp
(3 lb. raw with heads on will produce approximately one pound, deveined)
2 tbsp. butter
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 medium onions, chopped
1 cup cream plus 1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Paprika, salt, pepper to taste
1/3 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; saute mushrooms. Add tomatoes and onions; cook 15 minutes.

Make paste of flour with a little cream. Add rest of cream and milk with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add sherry. Stir into flour paste. Add shrimp. * Cook until thick and turn into casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Cook at 350 degrees until golden brown., about 20 minutes. Serve over rice.

*May need to use a little more liquid.
