1-15 oz. box Raisin Bran
2 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bran, sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add vegetable oil, beaten eggs and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Do NOT stir again.

Use as desired. Take mixture from the top after once mixed. Fill muffin tins half full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven
