Huckleberry Pie

3-4 c. huckleberries
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make pie shells from recipe in this book or buy the pie shells that you roll out. You will need a shell for the bottom and one for the top.
Place one pie shell in bottom of a pie pan.

Combine all ingredients and place in prepared pie pan.
Place second shell on top; crimp edges to keep filling from bubbling out. Cut several slits in top.
Baste 1-2 T. milk over top of shell. Sprinkle with sugar.
Place in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You may need to cook longer if berries are very cold.
