Ingredients:  
Whisk 3 T low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 T of olive oil, 1 T lemon juice, 1 T honey, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon together in large bowl
add salt and pepper to taste
add 8 C of baby arugala---toss
then add 1 chopped apple, 1/2 C chopped toasted walnuts, 1/2 C dried cranberries, and 2 T of toasted sunflower seeds
Toss again

Can make salad dressing ahead, but add salad, apples, seeds, and nuts right before serving-otherwise salad will be too limp
