1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. butter or stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
3 c. old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add margarine or butter, sugars, eggs and milk; mix until smooth, about 1 minute in a food processor, 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Add oatmeal and raisins. Mix again, about 30 minutes in a food processor, 1 minute with an electric mixer. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheets. Bake about 12-15 minutes until light brown. Remove immediately to cooling racks.
