1 c. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
5 tbsp lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, salt, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 2 c. flour to make a soft dough. Press into an ungreased 9x13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine eggs, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and 1/4 c. flour and blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees and bake 25 minutes or until firm. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
