Cake Batter-
3 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 C Shortening
2 C Sugar
3/4 C Buttermilk Or Sour your own Milk but adding a 1T Vinegar to it.
2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
3 Over Ripe Bananas

Frosting-
3 C Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 C Butter
2 tsp Vanilla

1 Cup of Walnuts if desired

Directions:

Cake Batter-
Mix with well with beaters. Pour mixture into a 9x13 Greased Cake Pan.
Bake at 350º for 45 Minutes to an hour. Do not over bake!
Let Cool

Frosting-
Mix ingredients with beaters until fluffy.
Spread over cooled cake
Sprinkle Walnuts over the top -(Optional)
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
