5 Lbs. Korean Ribs
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Mirin
1 Onion, grated
1 Asian Pear, grated
4 T. Garlic, crushed
2 T. Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Green Onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Rub Sugar on Ribs and let rest for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest and pour into big bag.
Marinade at least 4 hours, over night is even better.
Grill or Broil Ribs 3-4 minutes per side.
Top with Green Onions
