4 pounds of chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the wings at the joints and discard the tips. Combine remaining ingredients in a small kettle and blend. Place over medium heat and cook 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Place wings in large shallow baking pan. Brush with sauce and cook for 1 hour. Turn occasionally and brush with remaining sauce.
