Cream cheese topping/Frosting
3 ounces of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced onion

1 pound Dinner Bell Braunschweiger
1 5 ounce jar of olive pimento cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onion for the cream cheese topping/frosting and set aside.
Combine braunschweiger, cheese, onion, worchestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well. Shape into a ball and chill thoroughly. Frost with the cream cheese topping. Serve with party rye bread, buttered toast or assorted crackers.
