1 large Clove of garlic, cut in half
1c. Chablis (dry white wine)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 lb Swiss cheese shredded
3Tbsp cornstarch
French or Italian bread cut into cubes


Directions:
Directions:
Rub inside of the pot with garlic, then discard. Heat wine until late it simmers. Blend in the soup. Combine cheese and cornstarch, stir into soup mixture. Heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low. Spear bread cube and dip in the fondue. Makes 4 cups
