3 c. oats
¾ c. cashews (any nuts will do)
¾ c. almonds
1 c. unsweetened coconut (substitute part of this wheat germ or flax seeds if desired)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. butter
¼ c. honey
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
½ c. dried cranberries
½ c. dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl (not berries or chips). Melt butter and sugar together on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Take off heat and add vanilla, then pour over dry ingredients. Spread onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 mins. then stir. Bake another 15 mins. and stir again. Back into the over for 5-10 mins. watching to ensure it does not burn. Remove and let cool completely. Break pieces apart and store in tightly sealed container. Oh, and add chocolate and cranberries, if desired.
