3 12 oz. tomato paste
2 qt. water
1 can condensed beef broth
2 t. pepper +1 T. salt
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet
1 pkg. (2 envelopes) Lipton onion soup mix
3 small bay leaves + 1/2 t. nutmeg
1 1/2 t. sweet basil+1-2 t. cinnamon
1-2 T. dried beef bouillon + 1/2 t. sage
Mix all together in a 5 qt. pot, simmer while browning meat.

In another pan brown
5 # ground beef
1 # sausage (your choice - hot or mild)
1 t. salt + 1 1/2 t. pepper
4-5 garlic cloves (1/2 t. garlic powder)
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 bunch celery leaves & stock, chopped
2-3 handfuls fresh parsley chopped or 1 handful dried

Simmer all ingredients in large pot for 1 hour. Then combine with first mixture and simmer all for 6-7 hours. Thicken with cornstarch if needed.

I usually divide into freezer bags of 2 cups each. This is enough for 3-4 people. Freeze all the sauce in bags and take out of freezer and boil the spaghetti for a fast meal.
