Ingredients:

2 yellow crook neck squash
chop up about two TBS. yellow onion
2 Tbls.butter
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash......about 1/4 inch
chop onion
combine in a casserole dish (you know, corning wear)
add enough water to cover.....
add butter and salt
Bring to a boil
cook about 20 minutes
