Cake-
3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
6 Tbs Cocoa
2 C Cold Water
3/4 C Veg Oil
2 T Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla

Frosting-
1 1/2 C Sugar
4 Tbs Cocoa
1/2 Whole Milk
2 Tbs Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Beat Cake mixture well with beaters pour mixture into a Greased and floured 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350º for 30-45 Minutes. Let cool.

Frosting-
Melt Cocoa, Milk and sugar over low heat. Then bring to a boil stirring constantly until it forms a soft ball in your hand when you roll it in your palms. Then add butter and vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes. Then Mix fast and hard with a spoon if fudge frosting is too thick add a tiny bit of milk and stir again. Pour over cooled Cake.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
