1-2 Loaves of White Bread
1-2 Celery Hearts Chopped
1 Large Onion Diced
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
1/2 # Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Day before you need it,
Break or cut up bread and leave it out to dry.
Day of
Put dried bread in a very large bowl, add onions and celery. Mix and add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Pour on melted butter and mix. Taste and season. Then you can either stuff a bird, pork roast. or chicken. You can also put in foil and bake at 350º for 40-50 min.

This is the stuffing that I grew up with, although when my Mother and Grandmother got together in the kitchen at Thanks Giving you could sometimes find anything, from paper towels to a turkey neck inside the bird.
