Crust-
1/2 C Softened Butter
1 Egg Yolk
1 1/2 C Flour

Topping-
1 C Brown Sugar-Packed
1/2 C Softened Butter
1/4 C Honey
1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Cups Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 baking pan heavily with butter

In a bowl add 1/2 Cup of Butter, egg yolk, flour and cream with beaters. Press into greased pan. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a sauce pan combine Brown Sugar,Butter,honey and bring to a boil. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat stir in heavy cream and pecans. Pour over crust and Bake for 30 minutes at 350

Let cool and then cut into triangles or any shape you choose.
