Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. of Ground Turkey or Beef
3/4 Cup Oatmeal (not instant)
3/4 Cup chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Catsup
1 Egg beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce or Soy Sauce
2 Cloves minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. After mixed well dump into a baking pan that has been sprayed with oil. I prefer to use a glass bread pan, patting the meat into the loaf shape.

Bake uncovered for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Put potatoes in the oven while meatloaf is being cooked so you will have your meat and baked potatoes done at the same time.

You can prepare this a day before, just refrigerate the pan after adding the meatloaf, covered with saran wrap. (remove wrap before putting into the oven)
