1 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2/3 C Sugar
6 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1/2 C Milk
2T Melted Butter
1 tst Vanilla
1/2 C Chopped Pecans
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 1/2 C Boiling Water
* Vanilla Ice Cream Optional
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour,baking powder,salt,sugar and 2 TBS Cocoa into a large bowl.
Add in Milk, butter and vanilla. Mix well with beaters until smooth.
Add in Pecans and mix with a fork.
Pour into a greased 11x7 OR 10X6 Baking pan.

In a medium bowl combine Brown Sugar, remaining cocoa and mix with a fork. Sprinkle over chocolate cake batter. Pour Boiling water over all. DO NOT STIR!
Bake 350º for 40 minutes or until top appears firm. Remove from oven and let cool 10-20 minutes before serving.

*Serve warm pudding side up.... With vanilla ice cream (Optional)
