4 cups sliced apples like granny smith
3/4 to 1 c sugar.....depends on your sweet tooth
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
topping:
3/4 c oatmeal
3/4 c flour
1 c brown sugar or less
3/4 c margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and slice apples. Mix with the sugar, cinnamon, salt. Put into a buttered 9 inch pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the apples. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
