2 c sugar
3/4 c milk or cream
2 T light corn syrup
1/8 t salt
4T peanut butter
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, put the sugar, salt, milk or cream and corn syrup. Cook until soft ball (234) on a candy thermometer. Cool to lukewarm. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and beat until creamy. Pour into a lightly buttered 8x8 inch pan and cut into squares.
