1 deep dish pie crust
3-4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. strawberry jello
3 T. corn starch
Cool Whip topping

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in baking dish, pierce well with a fork. Bake according to instructions. Allow to cool.

Mix jello, cornstarch, and water on stove. Slowly add the water until dissolved. Cook on medium heat until very thick, stirring frequently.

Place sliced/cut strawberries in cooled pie crust. Pour thick mixture over berries. stir loosely. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving if possible. Top each slice of pie with cool whip.
