1/2 c. butter/margarine melted
2 eggs beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 and lightly grease a 9x9" baking dish.

In a bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.

Bake for 35-45 minutes - top will be golden brown

Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 13x9 pan. Will need to bake a little longer.
