1 cup thinly sliced red onions, cut into half-moon...
1/2 cup water...
/4 cup cider vinegar...
3/4 t salt...
2 t sugar...

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to boil, stirring until salt is dissolved...
Pour mixture over the onions in a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool to room temperature...
Be sure all onions are submerged...
Once cooled, place in frige and chill at least 4 hous, if not overnight...
Enjoy on sandwiches, grilled burgers or dogs, etc...
