8 quarts Pop Corn

2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1 3/4 C. Butter
1/2 Karo Syrup
Pinch of Salt

1 t. Vanilla
1/2 t. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Pop corn. Place on cookie sheets in a 250º oven to keep warm.

Make caramel;
Mix remaining ingredients together in n a large pot. Boil for 5 full minutes. Turn off heat and add vanilla and baking soda.

Pour over warm popcorn and mix until well coated.

Bake in oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, moving popcorn from edges into the center.
