1/4 cup AP flour...
22 round buttery crackers, finely crushed...
1/4 cup ranch dressing...
1 jar sweet/spicy Heinz pickles, drained and patted dry...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º...
Whisk egg in a bowl...
Place flour in a separate bowl...
Place crushed crackers in another bowl...
Cover a rimmed baking sheet pan with foil...
After patting the pickles dry, dip one at a time in flour, then egg and finally in finely crushed buttery crackers...
Place pickles on sheet pan in a single layer...
Bake for 15 minutes or until coating is nice and crisp...
Have ranch dressing in a small bowl for dipping the crispy pickles...
Enjoy!
