1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. cornflakes
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl.
2. Beat butter with a mixer until creamy.
3. Add Sugar and brown sugar and beat until fluffy.
4. Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
5. Add dry ingredients to mixture and blend.
6. Stir in cereal, coconut, and raisins.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Makes approx. 18 cookies.
