Potato Salad Recipe

Potatoes 5-6 medium
1 c Hellmann's
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c thin sliced celery
1/4 -1/2 c onion
2-3 hard boiled eggs

Cook potatoes with skins and peel
Cut into pieces into large bowl
Add celery, onion and egg (save egg to slice for top)

Mix Hellman's, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together until smooth. Pour mixture into potatoes and mix.
Slice hard boiled egg and put on top

Refrigerate several hours.
Good in frig 3-4 days
